Communication
We kindly request you to contact us by phone or online. Using MijnGezondheid.net (MGN) or the MedGemak app, you can easily schedule or cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions, send E-consults, and access your medical records. You can reach us by phone at 070-3460380. We use a call-back system where our assistants aim to call you back at the specified time. Press * to reschedule the call time.

 

When you call us, our assistants will inquire about the reason for your visit. This helps us assess whether there is an urgent need and how much time is needed for your appointment. A consultation with the doctor lasts for 10 minutes, and for two complaints, 20 minutes. Together with you, we will determine the best options and scheduling. If you prefer to consult a specific doctor, we will suggest a suitable time. If you'd rather choose a specific time or date, we will arrange a doctor for you. In our practice, patients are not exclusively registered with a single doctor.

 

Cancelling Appointments

If you cannot attend your appointment as scheduled, we kindly request you to cancel it by phone or online as soon as possible. If you forget to cancel your appointment, we will charge €32.50. In case of lateness, we request you to schedule a new appointment.

 

Staff and Collaborations

In our practice, there are often multiple junior doctors working. They are fully qualified as doctors and are supervised by the primary physician when necessary. Additionally, we offer various supplementary services within our practice, including a movement specialist, a somatic support nurse, a psychologist, and geriatric support. Furthermore, a radiologist conducts ultrasounds, a gynecologist is available, an internist holds clinics, and a dietitian and podiatrist are also part of our team.

 

Complaints and Suggestions

The staff at the general practice strives to assist you to the best of their abilities. However, there may be instances where things do not go as planned. Please do not hesitate to inform us. If a discussion does not provide a solution, you can file a complaint.
